Pork Loin Roast

Our loin roasts are a flavorful yet lean roast that will feed the family.  They average around 3 pounds and are great baked in the oven at 350 degrees after a quick sear or low and slow in the slow cooker.  We like to season this roast with salt and pepper, put it in the slow cooker in the morning, and go about our day.  We come back to an amazing roast that is fall-apart tender and mouth-wateringly flavorful.
