These will immediately become your favorite brats!  Smother in beer, onions, and peppers in your favorite skillet, or grill on the tailgate...either way you've got a hit.  If you grill them, bring them up to temperature slowly to keep the natural casing from splitting and spewing flavor-juice as a sacrifice to the grill gods.
