Fresh Ham Steak

At approximately 2 pounds, this unseasoned slice of ham is one of our family favorites.  Our favorite way to cook this delight is add Caribbean Jerk seasoning, sear on a hot grill, and serve like beef steak.  We are careful to avoid overcooking and it is tender and juicy.
